1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return and refund, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Products that are damaged due to customer misuse or improper storage.

  • Items purchased during final sale or promotional clearance events (if applicable, will be marked at time of purchase).

3. How to Initiate a Return

Please follow these steps to start the return process:

  2. Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.

  3. Do not ship your return without an RA number. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted or processed.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. Ceraveoutlet is not responsible for return shipments that are lost or damaged in transit.

5. Inspection & Refund Processing

  • Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions.

  • Inspection typically takes 3–5 business days after the return arrives at our facility.

  • Upon approval, you will receive a confirmation email and your refund will be processed.

6. Refund Method & Timeline

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • We may request photos or a brief description to help resolve the issue quickly.

  • We will gladly arrange a replacement at no extra cost (subject to availability) or issue a full refund, including any applicable return shipping fees.

8. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please follow the standard return process and place a new order on our website.
